AssetPeak Capital began with a straightforward question: what should wealth be built on if you intend to hold it for decades, not simply trade it for tomorrow?

Our answer was never complicated.

We believed in assets that occupy real space, serve a real purpose and produce something of measurable value. Land. Buildings. Agricultural production. Vineyards. Businesses that require people, management, infrastructure and patience to operate properly.

That belief has shaped AssetPeak since 2014.
We started with the conviction that owning a physical asset is only the beginning. A building has to be developed, maintained, occupied and managed. A farm has to be cultivated and its produce brought to market. A vineyard has to produce wine that people are willing to buy. The value is not simply in owning the asset; it is in knowing how to operate it.

That is why our business is built around three pillars: real estate, cocoa and vineyards. In real estate, we develop and manage residential, hospitality and industrial properties, generating income through rentals, leases and hospitality operations. In cocoa, we operate within established producing regions and focus primarily on production and export. In vineyards, we combine the underlying value of vineyard land with the production and export of wine.

These are different businesses, but they share the same foundation: physical assets, productive operations and long-term demand.
We bring them together through a single audited fund, giving investors exposure to all three pillars rather than asking them to choose one. We believe diversification should not mean owning a collection of things we barely understand. It should mean owning different types of productive assets that we know how to build, operate and manage.

That same principle shapes how we work with investors.

We believe an investor should be able to understand where their capital is going.

They should be able to see their investment through their own dashboard, understand how it is performing, and, when appropriate, visit the places and operations behind it. Our investors can request visits twice a year, and those with qualifying portfolios receive additional travel benefits. For investors who prefer direct ownership, we also provide a separate route to acquire qualifying assets in their own name, with the choice to place those assets under AssetPeak management or manage them independently.

We don't believe sophistication requires obscurity.
We don't build complicated stories around simple assets. We build the assets, run the operations, manage the details and let the underlying businesses do the talking.
