The firm

Twelve years of owning the real.

Founded in Zurich in 2014 on a single contrarian thesis: in a world of infinite digital replication, value accrues to what cannot be copied.

The thesis

A thesis, held quietly.

While global markets were intoxicated by algorithmic trading and intangible valuations, our founding partners — a coalition of Swiss private bankers and agricultural economists — went looking for the opposite: assets with a title deed, a postcode and a harvest.

True dynastic wealth, the kind that survives centuries, is never abstract. It is the penthouse overlooking Dubai Marina. It is the cocoa tree flowering in the Ashanti belt. It is the old vine that was rooted before anyone alive was born.

Today

Custodians of the physical world.

AssetPeak manages hard assets across three sovereign asset classes and six jurisdictions, for families who understand that the most durable form of ownership is the kind you can stand on.

We do not trade. We acquire, build, operate and hold — and we take our investors to see what they own.

A decade of acquisition.

Every entry below is a title we still hold.

  1. 2014

    Incorporation

AssetPeak is incorporated in Zurich. The first fund raises $150M for Swiss and German commercial real estate, anchored by a single family-office mandate.

  2. 2016

    Pivot to agriculture

A strategic shift to industrial agriculture: 12,400 hectares of cocoa plantation acquired across Ghana’s Ashanti region.

  3. 2018

    Terroir acquisition

First vineyard assets secured — 420 hectares of old-vine Malbec at altitude, and the launch of the Andean Terroir portfolio.

  4. 2020

    Global headquarters

Headquarters relocate to the Dubai International Financial Centre, alongside the launch of a portfolio focused on ultra-prime UAE residential.

  5. 2022

    Thailand expansion

The Bangkok office opens; the first Sukhumvit and Sathorn sky-villa projects break ground.

  6. 2023

    Recognition

Named Alternative Investment Firm of the Year by the MENA Private Equity Association.

  7. 2024

    Chilean terroir

820 hectares of pre-phylloxera Carménère acquired in Maipo, completing the trans-Andean vineyard mandate.

How we work

Three offices. One team.

Small by design. Everyone who manages an asset has stood on it.

Dubai — headquarters

The DIFC office holds the residential mandate and the firm’s treasury function. Investor relations sit here.

Zurich — origin

Where the firm began, and where the agricultural economics team still works.

Bangkok — Asia

Construction oversight and letting for the Thai residential portfolio.

Audited annually

Fund accounts are audited and the reports are published to the investor portal. Ask us for the most recent one.

Unencumbered title
